I stayed at the hotel together with my wife an two daughters (12 and 14). We got a nice family room. The breakfast was good, and the location is also good in the middle of Norrkoeping.
The only problem was that the bunk bed had no bed rail.

This hotel offers a very spacious and fairly quiet room, complete with essential amenities like a fridge, air conditioning, and an iron and ironing board, along with a bathroom that features a bath.

Unusually situated on the third floor of a building, the hotel was actually very convenient. Our large, if slightly old-fashioned, room was very comfortable, the bathroom also large and well equipped. Breakfast was basic but adequate. A homely feeling. Free tea and coffee (with cookies) available in the lounge was a plus.

This hotel is perfectly located for those wanting to explore the city on foot or public transport-compact and bustling with life, it has everything you need close by. With a park running through its center, you can fish in the ladder, or stroll around the wildlife. the rooms are spacious, with wonderful comfortable beds and there is free coffee available at any time in the hall. the breakfast is great, and the staff is really friendly.
A few guests have mentioned some maintenance issues with the bathroom.

Hotel & room was quiet and peaceful for the single nights stay. Breakfast was well presented.
Single bed somewhat small i.e, narrow to give proper comfort to a full size adult. Nuisance in that lift was switched off at night [e.g. when hotel reception was closed out of hours], meaning climbing three flights i.e. floors worth of stairs, even to get to hotel reception etc.

Location was good and overall this hotel (room) was suitable for bigger family (5 persons). Garage was very much needed.
No air condition and only fan available (not possible to keep windows open due small kid).
